A good place for someone who is just starting out.

Cons

Poor workplace moral, decorum, management, and staffing. Consistently understaffed while accepting more volume than workers can feasibly accomplish if everyone were to work their normal shift.

Pros

Consistent workflow with the ability to train and gain a varied amount of experiences. Community oriented workplace where everyone drives toward a collective goal.

Cons

The corporate atmosphere becomes tedious eventually. Corp ultimately did not follow through on original growth and structural changes. Benefits are consistent with other companies, however are expensive and continue to increase every few years. Overall staffing is minimalized to maximize revenues, resulting in every employee carrying cross departmental responsibilities and too much overtime.
