      Pros

      I worked with a great group of people and made some lifelong friends at this company. I gained a lot of valuable work and lab experience. I also received decent pay for my experience and position.

      Cons

      I loved my job as a lab analyst at Pace and I am so grateful for the opportunity. I would have stayed with this company if it were not for the bad management. Management is manipulative. The HR department is a joke. The pay was nice, but ultimately not worth the stress and disrespect.
