      In the Lab-ops division, Pace is very hands-off. You may have a monthly meeting, but in general, you will be working exclusively for your contracted employer, and Pace will have very little to do with it. (Beware, this also means that they will not see how well you're doing either). Good for entry level positions. There are lots of them, and Pace offers reasonable pay for people just getting out of college. (Not a lot mind you, but its a start) You start with 2 weeks vacation, which is rare for entry level jobs, and especially for contract jobs.

      Cons

      No career opportunities. Pace does not see how well you do. Pace will only hear about you once a year, in an annual review. They do not offer raises on merit, or promotions other than perhaps up to a Site Supervisor position (which is not much of an advancement). Its a contract that may or may not result in a hire for the company you're really working for. (Likely not, in my experience.) Miniscule, if any pay raises. My advice to future employees is to work here for a year, get a few good references with your contracted employer, fill out your resume, and get out. There is nothing left for you with this company after about a year. Do not let them string you along with "possible hire-on contracts).
