      Pros

      I love what I do! I work on a team of motivated and driven individuals. We really enjoy helping others and working together. We have a wide variety of customers that we work with, which in turn gives us many exciting opportunities for our candidates.

      Cons

      Obviously there is always room for improvement at any company, but I think Pace is always trying to make changes and improve where they can.

      Nice people to work with. There are opportunities for advancement. Good place to start out and get some experience.

      Cons

      Pay is pretty low and training needs to be more thorough. Often not enough communication from managers.
