      Pros

      This job is strictly for experiences only. There are nice people working here.

      Cons

      Low pay can be seen throughout the company. Pace has bought a lot of labs in the recent years but no raises to its employees. Bonuses are next to nothing. Very hard to move up within the company as well.

      Pros

      Working at Pace Analytical is challenging and rewarding because your every day tasks are not defined for you. Your goals are defined, but it is up to you to find the best way to meet the customer needs. This means working with your co-workers, Corporate and other divisions to develop ethical, efficient, cost-effective and scientific solutions for the customer.

      Cons

      Environmental testing is a cost-competitive business, so a lot of decisions are made regarding reducing costs internally, so the solutions for the customer can be market-competitive. This can be frustrating when you want to try something new and the money just isn't available. Management is usually pretty good about listening to employees though and making investments that will benefit the company overall.
