      Good place to get experience. Nice people.

      Pros

      Pace is a good place to get experience. They are building their professional development programs and are very involved in employee engagement through newly added ERGs, professional development/networking communities. The people are nice. The work is pretty easy- definitely good for recent college grads. Work life balance is good. Schedule is flexible.

      Cons

      Expectations for advancement are unclear. There is not defined path to get from level 1 to level 2 (ex. Analyst 1 vs Analyst 2). Compensation is not competitive- lots of good talent lost due to below market rate pay packages and lack of clear career progression.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Generally good working environment with fellow employees.

      Cons

      Some managers expect remote at your home, others only care that you get your work done, doesn't matter where. A lot of changes occurring in upper management and processes. Not a fan.
