      Places you with decent companies...That's about all they do.

      Cons

      Benefits are crap, pay is below market value, they do not challenge or inspire employees to learn, they do nothing to help employees transition into full time positions, management structure is horrible

      Pros

      Good way and place to experience in the industry and get your feet wet, that is about it though really.

      Cons

      Pay is very low, and no real opportunities within the company. Very corporate atmosphere, and you can tell they really care more about the bottom line than the employees

      Pros

      Good communication to staff about policy changes, HR, etc. Good commitment to employee safety and efficiency. Decent compensation for the work and good pay for overtime. People are fun and interesting. Good commitment to environment and innovation meeting client needs. Can take pride in your work.

      Cons

      Not very encouraging of women or minorities to advance to management positions. Work can be monotonous as well as stressful.
