Pros

You start as a janitor and in a few weeks you become an analyst without going to college. So the analyst that went to college lost their time because you will be doing and getting paid the same as the people that start as the janitor.

Cons

This place does not value their Staff. Analyst are under paid. Does not have any growing Carrier Opportunities. We never leave on time and by the time we leave the supervisors get mad at the analyst because we want to go home after 10 hour of working. Plus you can see the favoritism of the GM to one of the Semi-Volatile analyst and his wife. This guy is a trouble maker and even threat the WetChem supervisor and the GM and human resources did nothing.

Pros

I enjoy the people I work with and the opportunities I have been given over the years for advancement. My schedule is good and the pay is decent. I really like meeting new clients and helping identifying ways I can help them meet their needs while continuing to develop solid relatinoships with our existing customers.

Cons

Some people complain and can bring morale of the group down. Micromanagers can also be a drag.

Pros

Use some of your knowledge gained through education. Gain very little new knowledge. Pays the bills (only enough to afford a shack to live in). Some of your coworkers are decent.

Cons

Glorified minimum wage type job. Employees are paid and treated poorly. There is absolutely no upward movement unless someone literally dies or some other miracle. Now matter how hard you work or what your performance is, it absolutely doesn't matter. If you are good at brown-nosing then you may fit in...Work is extremely repetitive and the so called management will kick you when your down at any chance they get.
