Small satellite part of the company, so it feels more like a small business in many ways.

Cons

Managers pressure you to falsify data to keep their perfect records. There’s no way you can have 100% of tests done within hold time, every month of every year. And yet, somehow that’s the case. Ive been there when samples arrived out of hold time but were still run as if they weren’t. The managers in NC only care about their individual labs records, and will crush any attempt of employees who try to point out mistakes that need fixing. If you are one of those people who value correct results over perfect records, they’ll find a reason to terminate you to cover it up.

- Easy Work - Straightforward and fun

Cons

- Bad communication - Seems that anything that is brought up the chain of command takes a while. -PMs don't respond within a reasonable time. - Changes to systems without determining if what works in a much larger lab can work the same on a smaller scale.
