Pros

Everyone else is miserable with you so that's neat

Cons

No work life balance, pay is terrible, perpetually understaffed with groups of people quitting all at once. Anyone left behind is expected to pick up the slack working overtime and weekends

Pros

They will hire almost anyone, so if you are having a hard time finding employment this is an opportunity.

Cons

I was going to try to write a list, but it’s long. So tl;dr : There is nothing good. Everything will be better at different companies. Please do not waste your time with this place. Little to no training for your job with poor access to help. Staff kept at barebones, which causes too large of a workload, a lot of stress, and unable to meet deadlines. (Blame placed on the newest employees) Low pay for the industry standard. Poor COVID response. Gossipy management with obvious favoritism. No monetary incentive (“bonuses” include holiday raffle and free snacks a couple times a month) Expectations exceed listed job requirements upon hire. Very unprofessional in most capacities, including the onboarding, training, management, HR, and safety. All safety is reliant on the lab technician. (Look up Laboratory Safety Pyramid if you want to know what it should look like) High turnover.

Pros

A lot of young and great people. Flexible hours

Cons

Pay that will barely ever increase. Not much room for moving up. Horrible benefits. Stressful environment revolving around due dates. Large workload that will continue to increase due to large turnover rates.
