      They provide a great service to our communities across the US.

      Cons

      What a dysfunctional organization. From archaic systems to an old school way of doing business to protecting employees because they are part of a "good ol' boys" club. I was brought in to manage and change process, but no one wanted to hear new ideas. Turnover is incredibly high and there is no interest in progressing into the future.

      Well, It pays the bills.

      Cons

      Training is laughable. Managers and Supervisors will throw you under the bus in order to save their own reputation. Co-workers goof off and complain about having to do their jobs. Rules and procedures are changed to suit the whims of the new employees rather than teaching them why the procedures are in place. Management is rude and dismissive.
