      Pay is not competitive Little room for growth (moving up)

      Pros

      Many of the coaching and teaching systems are well thought out. Pace seems to have a documented system for everything: Training, Quality, Operations, etc... There are many self help training classes that are well done

      Cons

      It is hard to get employees to want to learn. The employee needs to be self motivated to want to go and get more learning.
