      Sexism from even the few women in corporate management

      Pros

      I loved the work I did and the people I worked with. We had great success meeting the demands of the business. I had a great rapport with my teammates and the lab staff.

      Cons

      I was replaced by a male and told that I wasn't good at my job despite the positive review I received from the same person earlier. No clear reason why.

      Such a great Environment

      Pros

      If you like to be bullied look no further or to be sexually harassed you have found your place of employment. If you also enjoy HR lying then why look any where else for a great opportunity.

      Cons

      They only care about expierence and do not listen to the newer employees who provide insight about how things are being ran. You could tell the manager about something an employee who has been working there for awhile but they will never take your word for it. The workload is not evenly spread out within departments you have some people who do literally nothing there and get promoted because they have been there for awhile.

      Very unprofessional

      Pros

      Flexibility, and there is scope to learn new techniques if you are new to the field of environmental testing

      Cons

      I have had the misfortune of working in one of their labs where I was berated, insulted, and treated horribly by my supervisor almost everyday. In spite of complaining to the management over and over again about this unprofessional behavior, nothing was done. Working at Pace was the most painful and stressful work experience of my life. For a contract worker, the pay is below average for the amount of work you do. They just want you to churn out results with absolutely no concern about the well being of their employees or the integrity of the procedures/protocols.
