      Pros

      Good team to work with, however they have also left. Company does pay reasonable base with commission

      Cons

      No database available, no consistency, very limited feedback from owner. This is an Indian owned company and is relatively new to US. Manager did not understand the culture and expected clients to pay much higher than market so limited jobs to fill.

      Pros

      Nothing. Its a routine H1B company where they live works blood.

      Cons

      I worked with PACE for some time. I judge a company is good or bad based on the treatment you get after you leave the company. This is a horrible company and you have to keep calling for your settlements and you end up with getting only some(some times nothing) amount not full amount. So H1B guys stay away from this company. You earn they live on your money . for H1B don't goto this company if you have worth then there are good companies than pace

      Good for IT contractors but not for office staff

      Pros

      The IT contractors are generally well treated and I saw a lot of IT contractors join the company. Has some good clientele and will benefit for recruiter if assigned one of those clients. Health insurance is good if offered one.

      Cons

      The administrative office environment was very hostile environment. You can hear the CEO yelling at his employees every now and then. Requesting time off had to go through the CEO even though there is an HR personnel and the process was very stressful. Slight errors at work were not very well tolerated and the CEO yells in a very demeaning way. There is no work life balance.
