      Management is very supportive and disciplined Best place to begin your career with One of the trusted staffing firm in Columbia

      Cons

      May be a little but of more remote work flexiblity will improve the company standards None that I know, its been long time I left, can’t comment about that

      We understood the severity of the pandemic and allowed our entire team to work remotely during the pandemic. Now we have new tidy premises with all safety measures for our employee's health

      Pros

      Good team to work with, however they have also left. Company does pay reasonable base with commission

      Cons

      No database available, no consistency, very limited feedback from owner. This is an Indian owned company and is relatively new to US. Manager did not understand the culture and expected clients to pay much higher than market so limited jobs to fill.
