Pros

- A job. - A steady paycheck. - Good office location - Some good, hardworking people. Some not so much.

Cons

- Not progressive in the slightest - Good Ol' Boy environment, especially if you are female and a non-engineer - Base salary a bit below market - 'Benefits' are the worst I've ever had in my career to date!!! - Fear mongering culture - Depressing work environment - No investment in employee success

Pros

I can only speak for IT & security groups, but the company is full of great people and I feel like I am contributing to something useful.

Cons

Going from contractor to FTE takes years, and you never know when it will happen until it happens. This impacts a lot of things, like securing a mortgage, for example.

The pay is decent and the location is good. Lots of food and coffee options around. Annual bonus is pretty decent.

Cons

Cliques, lack of respect, untrustworthy, no clear paths for advancement. Lots of shakeup happening with little to no communication or assurances.
