Good PTO plan if you ever get to use it

Cons

Leadership is horrible, company culture is a joke, don’t care about employees, VP’s are mostly dictators that expect everything and give nothing. Constantly cutting budgets, fewer people doing more. Old exhausted equipment, vehicles and facilities. Old school mentality and actually tried to convince employees that a 10% pay cut was a benefit to work from home

Pros

Great group of coworkers, for the most part. Some of the new younger "bosses" not so much. Little power makes big heads but still tiny brains inside. Not good for anyone, especially me apparently!!

Cons

New group of so called bosses don't know enough to do job correctly, but then again some of the old ones didn't either, but they end up getting promoted in the end!! But no politics or nothing like that involved huh!!! Lol.

Cons

Well first off management is scare to call out the lineman for being lazy and not doing what they are supposed too and let the estimators try and calm customers down. Management will throw you under the bus but won’t help be apart of a solution. The company cuts corners and make you pick up the slack. If you love stress, hard working conditions, favoritism, and no advancements this is the place. They push you to perform at impossible rates and limit your overtime to bare minimum to none but still expect the work to get done. They hate spending money on fixing or update the distribution system. Waste money and tell you it’s your fault.
