-Company culture is nonexistent. -People are treated like numbers and if you aren’t performing to their impossible standards, you are treated differently. -HR does not take complaints seriously. They nod their head, write it down and do not follow up. -Not a lot of forward thinking. A lot of people are stuck in their ways and don’t believe in change for the better.
