High turnover for a reason
Pros
-Pay is good -You dont have to join the union. -Wildlife abounds on property -Small crews
Cons
-Union is worthless theres no benfit to having ti there sincce you dont even get a pension from it anymore and the union employee reps are worthless and cant help you a bit. Union president under review for mismanaging funds i.e. stealing union funds and killing morale and safety. - Theres a feeling that so many are about to stab you in the back. Lots of weasels. -Management has the "this is the way we've always done it here" even though its listed at the door that its something not said there yet you here it everyday. - Management team is old set in their ways. most having been there 30+ years riding out retirement. -Benefits arent as good as you'll find in other mining operations.
