Pros

Competitive pay, benefits, time off and strong, professional people who help you to grow.

Cons

Management refuses to raise prices on customers so to create revenue pay and benefits are taken away from employees. Morale is very low.

Before mid America great company. Effort was made to retain their work force.

After mid America, more effort was used to replace employees with cheaper interns and contractors.

Great team to work with, great pay and located very centrally. Nice and constant bonus structure for employees, very different than other companies. Also since it is a utility company, it won't go away any time soon.

Cons

Medical benefits are some of the worst I've seen. The CEO is viewed very negatively and employees that have been with the company talk about decline in benefits. Upper management is continually looking to cut costs to the detriment of losing talent.
