Pros

Some decent, nice people. Challenging work.

Cons

Stefan Bird on the Pacific Power side is a HUGE con. The company is on the wrong path, except to his wallet. Cindy Crane at Rocky Mountain Power is not much better. Morale is extremely low. Execs are highly motivated by their incentive checks and by the firm grip of the Berkshire Hathaway clan. As an employer, this will not enhance your resume. It is negative, with impending doom, and a lot of spineless managers right now who are just too afraid to speak up. Steer clear!

Pros

Good pay. Flexibility for some employees, depends upon the manager you have.

Cons

Some managers are micro managers and HR does not stop them. Company will work you long hours (50 plus per week for salaried employees) and doesn't mind if you don't take vacation time.
