Pros
Great coworkers. My colleagues cared deeply about their work and created a supportive atmosphere. Good compensation and benefits. The CEO was a breath a fresh air when she came on and changed the overall tone and direction of the company for the better.
Cons
Middle management is inconsistent - most are good, but recent changes led to lip service being paid to company values, creating tension and making employment decisions that many deemed inappropriate. Teams within company are often siloed. Corporate processes can be difficult to maneuver through.
