Lots of politics and bureaucracy. Overly reliant on super expensive consultants delivering low quality work. Fail to properly handle discrimination complaints. Bad managers get away with things. Lack of growth opportunities for principals (you would need to apply and interview for new internal roles to go up the ladder). You need to stay at least a year in a team before moving to another team.
