Pros

Treats employees reasonably well, strong benefits package. I appreciate that it's a mutual organization and that we don't have the same quarterly financial pressures of publicly listed firms. Solid work-life balance.

Cons

RTO has been much more disruptive and disorganized than it should've been. Benefits have been slipping in recent years. Pay increases seriously lag inflation even for high performers - negotiate well when you join.

Pros

- Friendly, smart people to work with (I've only had amazing managers, too) - Excellent pay, benefits, and perks like the wellbeing reimbursement that I get to spend towards my wellness (my pets, vitamins, trips, etc.) - Career paths inside the company - Many people move around and it's encouraged. Lots of developmental opportunities. - Gorgeous offices and hybrid flexibility depending on your role - Job stability, financial stability of the company

Cons

I don't have any major cons. I'm grateful to have worked here for five years already. Time flies when you love what you do and who you do it with.
