POA was and still is my fist career after college and I couldn’t have made a better decision. I love this company and look forward to coming to work every day, which is not the case for most recent-grads. POA sets employees up for success, as long as you are willing to work hard and follow the training process. I have received ongoing, extensive training that has helped me develop quickly within my first year of employment.
