Previously I worked at another sales job replacing windshields and the company was corrupt with only one goal in mind, make money for the owners and upper management. You will have to be a team player and not just focused on yourself, but the people you work with. Your goal should be to help your team succeed and in return they will help you succeed. If you’re not willing to put in the time and work hard to succeed, this isn’t the place for you.
