Pros

Amazing benefits, great location, good perks.

Cons

First day of work you realize that every one in the company seems to bend over backward for the sales people. And the rest of the company is treated poorly by the sales, but that's okay. There are some managers who push the lines of HR, but are not given any repercussions. No room for growth, unless you're in sales. Everyone has been there forever, so don't expect for any department to grow or for you to move anywhere other than what you were hired for.

Pros

The pays is average for a field service technician position. Just make sure when you interview, know how much you're worth. In other words, don't see yourself as someone that can be paid less. You might start there as a shop technician. If you don't like to travel, don't bother going for field position. Workers are very helpful when you needed help on resolving a problem. There are some individual that can be very annoying. Yearly company offer weekend retreat. They pays for Hotel, gas, food, etc. Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

Job can be stressful sometimes when you're in the field.

Pros

Very extensive training program that never stops. Strong skill development focus. Very good group of people to work with. Compensation program that rewards hard work. Strong culture.

Cons

requires a strong commitment on the part of new employees. They are very serious about winning and growth, this will push hesinant employees to perform without a lot of room for "trying it out".
