Some opportunity to make good money, if you grind and get a good territory. Nice perks for employees (sports tickets, booze, meals).

Cons

Peer pressure to not have much of a personal life from top sales management.

Pros

The people that I work with are great. My supervisor is a great guy, really helpful and knowledgable. My contributions and efforts are apperciated by my peers and superiors. I also like the benefits and the biannual trips to Oregon, sponsored by the company.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule is really hectic and the job can be very stressful. You sometimes have to cover for the mistakes of your colleagues. While there is a bonus structure in place for service technicans, network technicians have been paid the same for quite a while. An increase is needed.
