We appreciate your perspective but wanted to clarify some information regarding high turnover. One of our goals as a growth company is to minimize our employee turnover rates. POA’s turnover rates have been consistently lower than the industry average by 8 – 10%. We work toward these numbers by providing continued education, an amazing benefits package that includes free healthcare, a large match to our 401k program, company vehicles for many of our service team personnel, a three-day Service Appreciation weekend, and our annual business meeting in Portland where we pay for all employees and their spouses to come celebrate our culture and success together.
