Pros

They really believe family is what comes first and you can tell by how they treat their employees. Wages are similar for doing the same work elsewhere. Decent benefits as well.

Cons

Seems like some people who should be promoted are not afforded the opportunity.

Second-gen family owned business, actually feels like family. If you perform, you will get noticed & be compensated accordingly. Pay is above average.
