how its made corrugated box. start from scratch and see the finish product. think like a box.

Cons

loud environment, hot in the summer, dusty and dirty plant. seniority rules and watch out for snitchers ready to point the finger. team members help others out, but not here.

Good environment, new machinery, very clean work place. It seems as if there is a real opportunity to move up into management.

Cons

Politics and favorites can be played from time to time. Also the pay is a little lower than most companies in this industry in this city.

Most of the people you work with are great people and the pay is decent.

Cons

Management are some of the most demeaning people I've ever met. The hours are also terrible, to many 12 hour shifts.
