Pros

Fun job, busy and fast paced most of the time. Generally nice coworkers. Pay is decent for Modesto cost of living.

Cons

Modesto is a rough place to live, management doesn't care about you unless you're a sales person, the hours are strict with limited flexibility. Diversity in leadership is almost nonexistent and diversity in office people is also virtually nonexistent.

Nice team members. Everyone gets along. Thru put bonus for monthly performance is pretty good

Cons

The leadership is horrible. The supervisors literally yell at the other supervisors every day during shift change causing a toxic atmosphere. All it takes to make workers happy is a thank you once in a while. Forcing overtime on people 5 mins before clocking out.
