Bad and getting worse

Pros

We'll hire anyone. OK benefits. Usually 60+ hours per week, so you can save and find a better job, though business has slowed greatly.

Cons

Low pay. Long hours (bad economy may be taking care of that). Management has become invisible, and only cares about buying more assets, whether or not the capability and manpower exist to use them.

Pros

Decent pay for a young persons first job not knowing anything.steady 40 hrs or more work weeks.always hiring

Cons

Management does not follow the rules they have set for moving up in the company. The bidding system is a joke they choose who they want no matter skill or knowledge. This company does not care for you as person or what happens to you they want production that's it.

PSC's internal job bidding procedure takes into account several factors like seniority, shift preferences, demonstrated skills & knowledge, attendance, adherence to safe work practices, and focus on quality. There is no single factor that determines which team member is awarded a bid, however, the goal is always the same: award the bid to the most qualified bidder. In this case, the bid process allowed this team member to progress from an entry-level Floor Worker to an Assistant Gluer Operator in less than one year. Finally, we strive to always please our customers while also being recognized as an employer-of-choice, and we understand that both are necessary to ensure our future success. We appreciate your feedback, thanks!
