Pros

100% Employee Owned Company. This Company cares and takes care of its employees. You can move up through ranks and are not just stuck in an entry level position. Pay is competitive and has amazing benefits. Retirement is amazing.

Cons

I can honestly say I do not have any major complaints or cons for this company.

Pros

I've made a fantastic life for myself working at Pacific Steel and Recycling for going on 29yrs now. I started out as a warehouseman on the floor and have been able to be promoted to branch manger of the store I started at 29yrs ago. It is great company with great benefits and great people to work with that show great pride of ownership.

Cons

Working at Pacific Steel and Recycling can be a not so clean job no need to wear suit and tie but the payoff in the end is so worth it.
