Cons

Sometimes a very distracting work environment, but still manageable. Annoying technical difficulties and changes that aren't necessarily thought out for the most efficient work for the front-line.

Pacific Steel & Recycling (PS&R) Is a great place to be, I am part of a team for PS&R that does nothing but work with fellow employee/owners (Term for Employee owned Companies. After a probationary term you will receive company stock worth $$$$!) to improve their safety. PS&R strives to have happy dedicated employees by earning that dedication by having a responsive and opportunity driven atmosphere to work in. I love going to work everyday knowing the support and respect I will find each day.

Cons

No company is perfect, and yes you have to be reliable and work hard!
