You have a voice! All employees matter which makes this the best 100% employee owned company to work for! Not one person is better then the other. The CEO and VP take time to get to know individuals in all branches. They care about the employees as much as direct management. Everyone has a clear common vision on pushing the company to succeed because we are all employee owners. If the company profits, we profit! The safety program is outstanding and the culture can't be beat!

Cons

Heavy production days may cause overtime, but who doesn't like a little extra cash!

It's decent pay. Employees are good people.

Very stingy with raises. Very poor management. No overtime. Be prepared to be micromanaged.
