Pros

Pros: Decent pay, solid benefits, and a comfortable work environment. The option to work remotely or in a hybrid setting also added flexibility and made the role more appealing.

Cons

Cons: Poor management, limited support, and inconsistent training. Outside of IT, it was very difficult to get help when needed. Management and HR also handled employee concerns poorly. In my case, a dispute with a coworker over my supposedly “rude look” turned into criticism of my natural facial expression, including being told to have a “kinder face and attitude.” The situation felt unprofessional and disrespectful, and I chose to resign shortly after.

Pros

Nothing good except the benefits.

Cons

Where to start. I had a great team lead in the beginning when I started last Feb. Then got switched to another team lead, who I actually really liked. However, she became very metric focused, and started letting people go on my team, she assured me that it would be a while before I would get let go. They tout metrics, and how you have to be perfect all the time, they also make you attend meetings and make you have your camera on when your at home. Even if you have IT issues you get marked. I got a few things right with the company, getting Employee of the month a few times, and not getting rewarded at all, while others got appreciation time, I was disregarded and not appreciated or valued. The HR department was never available, and when it was time for me to renew my protected leave, or ADA, they fired me the day before I had a chance to submit my renewal with 0 warning. It happend to 3 of my other co workers as well for the same reason. It seemed like the company was going downhill when the new CEO came on, and we weren't told anything about financials, or how the company was going. The CEO threw big appreciation days and splurged on those type events, and then fired a bunch of people. I don't get how this is legal or fair. I would not apply for this company if you have somewhere else you can go. The vacation time is never an option, I was going to take vacation time in Oct/Nov and they fired me before I could do so with my Scheduled PTO. I think the metrics are also an issue. IT could not figure out my computer issue, I called over 17 times in June when we switched phone systems, and got little to no training on the new one. I wish you all luck if you apply, Meeting, Other, and Unavailable are all the same for metrics, ACW is a joke, so is Personal time. They want you to become work a holics. I took 120-150 calls a day and no warning or training about crisis calls. Good luck
