Pros

Good benefits including a generous vacation policy, amazing CEO that keeps employees informed of company strategy, growing company with new challenges to work on

Cons

Inter-departmental communication needs improvement, lots of employees are over-worked, management and job satisfaction varies greatly based on department/job title

Pros

Really great work/life balance, company values aren't just talk, they live by them which is awesome. You get a whole lot of PTO from the start.

Cons

The company is a little tight on resources, so it's really tough to get promotions or a decent raise. Getting more staff resource on your team is really tough as well, even if you need it so you always have lots of work to do.
