VERY poor pay. Far below market rate for a developer, not at all keeping pace with inflation. Even people who really like the company find it difficult to justify staying at these rates. Mass exodus of skilled employees on IT staff because of the poor pay and an ill-considered return to office policy As employees leave, the workload of the employees who have stayed has increased dramatically but the pay has not increased to match it. Very difficult to move up in the company, many people remain stuck at the same position for years and years.
