- Works on latest mobile & multimedia technology - Knowledgeable technical people top to bottom of ladder - Good compensation in the area - Great Work culture - Work Life Balance - No Politics / No Domination

Cons

- Though the talent in the company is great throughout, but it has not been able to show great profits for a while now. - No focus on development process and lacking strategies
