Great culture. Caring management. Intelligent people. Always working on interesting technology. Overall, working for PacketVideo has been a positive experience.

Cons

Unfocused and undisciplined management. Too distributed and too driven by decisions by consensus. Heart in the right place, but fails to reach its potential due to too many self-inflicted wounds.
