Pros

PacketVideo has great benefits, a great work culture, and works with very interesting technologies. If you are proactive and want to take on more responsibility, you can definitely do so.

Cons

The senior management could be more open with employees about things happening at PacketVideo. The products are very interesting, but management should focus more on monetizing them.

Great technology. Really smart people. Management doesn't pressurize anyone to deliver unless you are doing a really bad job. You are allowed to work as much as you want and in what interests you. Will learn a lot working here.

Cons

Company still needs to figure out how to become profitable.

None. Maybe if you can't find a job at McDonald's flipping burger you could work at PacketVideo. The management wouldn't know the difference any way.

Cons

Everything else. You don't know what the company is doing. The management is very secretive, so as to cover their incompetence. Endless in-fights and changes-of-directions.
