Pros
- My test leads, are really friendly and helpful when need to ask questions. - Easy and Routine Job (no brainer, just need some guidance and you can do it yourself) - 9-5 job (OT is optional)
Cons
- Bad career progression, I've heard that they are stuck with the same set of monotonous tasks - Routine job, don't need much critical thinking - Very messy workplace, don't have your own desk to keep your belongings. Wires and cables, laptops and desktops everywhere.
