      Pros

      I've had the opportunity to work in Pactera and my experience was excellent. They allow you to work relaxed, Project managers and assistants are great and amazing relationship with co-workers. I had no troubles at any time and salary is fine. The company gives the opportunity to develop your skills and promote the position.

      Sometimes projects are confusing and unclear

      Pros

      Very good work-life balance, very good work experience. Nice office. Learned a lot from this employee as well as they gave me the experience of a corporate level job experience.

      Cons

      No opportunity to work from home. Have to be present at work every day and only in the office. Special times are assigned to be available at the desk for the other people to locate you.

      Pros

      Good colleagues. That's the only thing that kept the whole company going I Guess. However, people will still leave one by one at the end of the day.

      Cons

      They had the stupidest management staff ever! Try to strike a conversation With their managers serving HP and you will know. And btw, all foreigners have to sign bond with the company. Break the bond, you compensate the company. The company break your bond, you leave immediately! They advertise themselves as a "IT solution company" but actually they did not have any In house solutions.
