      Pros

      I’ve read some nonpositive reviews for this company, but everyone’s experience will be different. You get what you put in. The people who are leading this company are smart. From what I have seen, Pactera managers empower you to take initiative on good ideas.

      Cons

      Pactera is experiencing turnover lately so the morale isn’t the highest.

      Pros

      good work/life balance. Able to work with different technologies and a lot of different clients. Great company for a fresher.

      Cons

      Need more training programs for junior employees. I like the company, so I hope they will create more training programs.

      For a first job experience, yes but for a career, don't stay too long.

      Lack of process and experience people are not really experience.
