Pros
Speaking from my personal experience, the benefits are good. It’s a good starter job and I get to learn about the whole sales process from my delivery manager. The HR department helped me with an issue I had about the payment system. It was all screwed up for a bit and I wasn’t getting paid on time. But it worked out in the end and I got what I needed. The people in the HR department were very helpful and followed up with me frequently to make sure that my issue was resolved.
Cons
Pay is not as high as other companies, but it’s good enough. I learned that if you want to go up in this company, you have to make friends. So this means helping others on side projects and POCs that could help the company sell more.
