      If you get into a very good team, you can survive Very good for those who want experiences, because you can explore as many as you can even to become a project lead eventhough you are an associate only lol

      Cons

      Every manager likes to shout, nobody is realistic and is ready to see the efforts people put in.. unrealistic timelines unrealistic execution rate.. no good support from application people.. too messy No work life balance, you still thinking about working after 6pm. Not good Everyday only work work work, no time to have fun with teammates
