      Pros

      The only good thing in working in pactera is i meet some interesting people during this period in the company , because the company always change workers like socks.

      Cons

      Cant say enough about this company so i try to make it short , awful working place . no sufficient basic working tools , like computers memory cards SIM cards and more basic equipment. no training ,no development in career , low pay , no team buildings or any social events or benefits.

      Legacy NouvEON consulting client work was engaging and rewarding.

      Pros

      Co-workers talent, client facing consulting & work-life balance. Most engagements were challenging and lead to follow-on work.

      Cons

      When NouvEON was acquired by hiSoft and subsequently merged into pactera, the company culture changed and client perception of the company became negative. Consultants began leaving. pactera became a IT outsourcing shop which turned off most if not all business consultants that came to legacy NouvEON.

      Open to hiring non PR candidates, company open to hiring candidates with no local experience, would give anyone a fair chance to make it into the Australian IT industry

      Cons

      Company Makes people redundant within months of joining if not meeting their unreasonable expectations like stretched working hours and canceling personal long planned leaves, hires with little business outlook and then ends up making people redundant, lack of communication and unappreciative work culture
