      Work hard but get experience

      Pros

      There are a lot of different projects that I can be involved with. I can gain experience in areas that I don't have previous experience in.

      Cons

      Sometimes overtime work is required to complete the job. Once in while I find it challenging to figure out who can help me with administration related things.

      Pros

      Nice team mates and working environment. When I am challenged with a problem, my colleagues are always eager to help me solve it. If I need support for something because I am not available or not qualified, there will always be someone willing to help out.

      Cons

      Since I have not been working here too long, I don't know if the environment here is applicable to all Pactera locations. I understand that different countries have different cultures, and I am only speaking about the situation here at headquarters in China.

Our Charlotte-based operations have recently gone through a leadership restructuring to 1) better position the brand and company in the US market and 2) optimally leverage our global service delivery network, particularly in the fast-growing China/APAC region.
