Newly formed global firm (merger of two China-based IT service providers) means that new ideas that propel growth and set direction are valued. Employees can make a difference. Nice to be exposed to difference cultures from around the world, particularly China. Dedicated teams and team members.

Cons

Widely distributed geographies and service delivery teams means that extra effort is needed for communications within the company.

No training, even did not know what I was doing. Cost means everything.No matter how much you did and how hard you work, the salary will never go up.
